Franz Muheim re-elected as CSA delegate

The 52nd Annual General Meeting of the Federation of Swiss Societies UK (FOSSUK) took place on 20th May 2017 at the Coin Street Community Centre in London. At this meeting the results of the election for the five UK delegates to the Council of the Swiss Abroad (CSA) were announced. Franz Muheim, a member of the Swiss Club Edinburgh, was re-elected as a CSA delegate. He would like to thank all members of the Swiss Club Edinburgh for their support.

The newly elected CSA delegates are: Franz Muheim, Loredana Guetg-Wyatt, Nathalie Chuard, Alexandre Tissot, Vincent Croset. More pictures are available at the FOSSUK facebook page, see here.

In the evening news of 21 May, the Swiss national TV in Italian (Radiotelevisione della Svizzera Italiana or RSI) reported on the concerns of the Swiss living in the UK during the Brexit negotiations. RSI reporter Lorenzo Amuso attended the FOSSUK AGM and CSA elections, interviewing the Swiss Ambassador Dominik Furgler; FOSSUK's President Loredana Guetg Wyatt , CSA Delegate professor Franz Muheim and FOSSUK's vice-President Mr Alexandre Tissot.
